What I was doing instead of writing on here? A plumcake (yes, all this time). Which is more good to see than to eat. My cakes tend to come out a little bit dry, and I still don't know if this depends from the ingredients, the preparation or the oven (do you use ventilated ovens?).

Mentre divagavo dall'aggiornamento del blog, ho fatto un plumcheich. Che è più bello a vedersi che mangiarsi. Ho già chiesto lumi su fliccher (sporca traditrice?), ma repetita juvant, quindi se hai consigli sull'utilizzo di forni ventilati per fare dolci, o come rendere le torte fragranti e morbidose, lascia un commento (vabbe lo puoi lasciare pure se non hai mai fatto un dolce in vita tua e neanche ti interessa, eh).
